Maintenance Tech Desk provides structured field-tech assistance (information templates and draft parts carts) for licensed professionals and their shops. It is an assistive tool, not a licensed engineer, PE stamp, AHJ approval, or substitute for manufacturer documentation.
This desk does not process payments and has no Stripe (or other) charge path. Automatic purchasing is refused. The approve endpoint records a human acknowledgment of a draft cart only (charged: false, never_charges: true). Buy on your own supplier accounts using the exported draft.
You must use the desk only for lawful, professional maintenance work consistent with your licenses and local code. See Acceptable Use.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the then-current Terms.
