1. What we collect

• Job asks, trade, mode, optional model/serial you submit
• Desk responses and refuse matches
• Audit events (e.g. auth denied, approve attempts) without storing the shop key value
• Technical request metadata (e.g. approximate IP for rate limiting)

2. What we do not collect

• Payment card numbers (desk does not process payments; approve never charges)
• Supplier account passwords
• Shop key values in audit logs
• Rating-plate / serial photos (kept on your device in IndexedDB unless policy changes)

3. Storage

Production desk data is stored in Cloudflare D1 bound to the Maintenance Tech Desk Worker. Browser shop keys live in localStorage on your device only. Rating-plate photos stay device-local (IndexedDB) unless policy changes — only confirmed model/serial text is sent with an ask.

4. Retention

We retain job history and audit events for as long as needed for operational necessity, shop accountability, and security auditing. Contact Epic Tech AI support via your account representative to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure processors (e.g. Cloudflare) process data to host the service.
