• Licensed / qualified field techs and shops using the desk for job assist
• Draft parts identification for human-approved purchasing
• Job-close notes and internal shop handoffs

Prohibited

• Requesting or attempting automatic purchasing / unattended charges
• Seeking PE/license stamps or AHJ approvals from the desk
• Life-safety bypass, interlock defeat, or illegal DIY that endangers people/property
• Attempting to extract secrets, shop keys of others, or infrastructure credentials
• Abuse, scraping at abusive rates, or circumventing rate limits / auth
• Using the desk to invent OEM specifications presented as fact to customers

Enforcement

Violations may result in key revocation, IP rate limiting, or service denial. Refuse rules may block prohibited asks automatically.
